Port Washington High School is excited to announce the hiring of Cathleen Flannery as the new head coach of the girls volleyball program. With a distinguished background as a collegiate athlete, certified trainer, and former police officer, Coach Flannery brings a dynamic blend of experience, leadership, and passion for youth development to the Pirates volleyball program.
Coach Flannery’s athletic résumé includes standout performances at both Madison College and Carroll University, where she earned numerous honors for her skill and leadership on the court. Her accolades include:
- NJCAA Second Team All-American
- N4C Most Valuable Player (MVP)
- N4C First Team All-Region
- N4C First Team All-Conference
Beyond her athletic achievements, Flannery served as a Milwaukee-area police officer, bringing a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and community service. She is also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, reinforcing her commitment to strength, conditioning, and overall athlete development.
